It's not just your muscles that will hurt, but your wallet as well.

ClassPass, the New York-based monthly gym membership that enabled gym goers to go to "unlimited" fitness classes for a set price, announced Wednesday that its prices are going up. Way up.

According to Business Insider, members who currently pay $125 were notified they would now be asked to pay $190 per month. New customers will have to pay $200 for ClassPass' unlimited package.

Fear not, because you have options. There are plenty of classes available so you can work out without even leaving your home — and with a much smaller membership fee.

Here are three of our faves.

1. GOQii, $29 per month

The GOQii service comes with a fitness tracker, and each user is paired with a health and fitness coach who uses the data to help you track goals. Choose a coach based on your individual needs, and communicate with that person in the app via unlimited texting and monthly phone calls. The GOQii tracker syncs with many mainstream fitness devices (Fitbit, Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, etc.) and tracks users' activity, sleep and food. In addition, GOQii has partnered with OxFam to create "Karma Points."  When users achieve personal goals, OxFam converts the points to cash to be donated to a charity of the user's choice.

2. Mission360, $35 per month

This web-based program combines mental and physical fitness. The program offers "fusion fitness," which includes dance, yoga and cardio workouts, and meditation classes. Users can also benefit from a la carte one-on-one sessions with experts on meditation, reiki, hypnotherapy, life coaching, nutrition, career advice and relationships, for individual fees. Mission360 is the most holistic of the options we explored.

3. BODY, $30 per month

BODY is the closest platform of the three to being in a real-life fitness class. Users join a virtual studio and can select from scheduled classes, mostly focused on strength and conditioning. Life coaching and nutrition is also included in the membership. Within the month, the company is expanding to allow trainers to open their own virtual studios with BODY, where they can build their clientele and add "online class instructor" to their repertoire.
