The mildest of spoilers for Avengers: Infinity War follow.

There is a lot to take in throughout Avengers: Infinity War's two hour and forty minute run time. You might even actually be so physically exhausted by the amount of stuff on screen -- from stars to set pieces and enough action to blow your head clean off -- that we suggest you consider taking a nap midway through.

However, be sure to schedule that brief sensory overload shut down for any time that is not the one moment you cannot miss in Infinity War: There's an Arrested Development easter egg, and no, it isn't the cornballer fryer.

You'll remember that the co-directors of Avengers: Infinity War (and previously Captain America: Winter Soldier and other Marvel properties) had a very different background before taking over the superhero genre. The Russo Brothers were also responsible for directing some wonderful episodes of the much-too short-lived comedy series Arrested Development.

And their ode to that part of their legacy involves everyone's favorite Analrapist.

Clever fans who stayed after the credits (as Marvel buffs are wont to do) knew to start hunting for the easter egg when they saw "character from Arrested Development" hidden in the credits.

You can spot a man who looks suspiciously like Tobias Funke after he rediscovered himself in the Blue Man Group. You can spot a blue-skinned man with a mustache that only Tobias would ever wear during a scene in the movie that's set in the Collector's chamber.

This isn't the first time Anthony and Joe Russo nestled in a reference to their former glory in a Marvel movie. There was also a Bluth stair car in the midst of all the civil waring of Civil War.

The Russo brothers cautiouned that you'll really have to have your eyes peeled this time to spot Tobias in the wild. Anecdotally, many of my colleagues missed it the first time around.

But that -- my friends -- is why you always leave a note.
