Rescued baby beaver takes a dip in the pool
A baby beaver rescued from a Calgary golf course is now lovin' summertime in its very own pool.
The Alberta Institute for Wildlife Conservation is tending to the beaver after it sustained a tail injury in late June -- possibly from a predator who picked it up, then dropped it.
Caretakers estimate the beaver will have to remain under human care for several years. Fortunately, the little fellow is making the most of its downtime.
