BBC pulls Logan Paul interview following Twitter backlash
BBC Radio 1 has made the decision to pull an interview with Logan Paul that was scheduled to air on Thursday night.
They announced the decision on Twitter around the time the interview was due to go out, saying they didn't feel it was right after listening back to it.
"We understand some of your strong views on Logan — but ultimately if we don't think the interview is good enough — we don't air it," reads the tweet.

The BBC received criticism earlier in the week after they first shared a trailer for the interview, which focussed on Paul's upcoming boxing match with the YouTuber KSI. Many people responded to say they weren't happy the station was giving Paul a platform, after the vlogger shared footage on his channel of a man who had died by suicide last December.

Although many people were pleased with the BBC's decision, others were less happy with the reason given.

"Good call, but you should have never lined up the interview in the first place," replied one Twitter commenter. "Especially after claiming to care about mental health."
