LONDON -- Something really, really tickled Louise Lear before her Wednesday evening weather report.
The presenter -- who had clearly already been giggling quite a bit before the camera was on her -- attempted to explain the weather situation in Scotland, but literally couldn't stop her hysterical laughter from spilling out.
