LONDON -- Something really, really tickled Louise Lear before her Wednesday evening weather report.

The presenter -- who had clearly already been giggling quite a bit before the camera was on her -- attempted to explain the weather situation in Scotland, but literally couldn't stop her hysterical laughter from spilling out.

Lear's weather report went down well on social media.

Simon claimed innocence, though.
