Belgian World Cup player kicks ball right into his face
It's painfully relatable.
Sometimes you score, sometimes you kick a ball in your face.
During the World Cup match between England and Belgium on Thursday, a Belgian player struck himself in the face with a ball from his own kick. Michy Batshuayi went in for a victory kick to celebrate Belgium's goal, but instead the ball bounced off the goal post and hit him straight on. Batshauyi jogged away, holding his face and probably hoping that nobody saw it.
We all saw it, Michy. We all saw it.

We've all experienced something as humiliating as this, but definitely not in front of an international audience.
