Ben and Jerry's bourbon ice cream seems like a dream, but it's real
Let's get real: drinking and ice cream are where a hefty portion of our incomes are going to go for the foreseeable future (especially since the avocado outlook is bleak).
The geniuses at Ben and Jerry's have combined the two coping mechanisms into one bourbon ice cream, reports Time (Sadly, this ice cream won't actually get you buzzed).
Urban Bourbon ice cream, which was developed around, "some of today's tastiest food trends," includes burnt caramel ice cream with almonds, fudge flakes and a gooey bourbon caramel swirl.
Though this isn't Ben and Jerry's first bourbon flavor, it's definitely the most timely iteration.
Time reports two other new flavors, Oat of This Swirled and Truffle Kerfuffle will also be available at retailers nationwide beginning mid February, when Urban Bourbon hits shelves.
Till then...just keep swimming.
