MLK's daughter tweets heart-felt tribute on his birthday
On Sunday, what would have been Martin Luther King, Jr.'s 88th birthday, his daughter, Bernice, tweeted a heart-felt tribute, honoring the civil rights icon and sharing an image of her standing with the monument to her father.
The memorial, located in downtown Washington, D.C., was opened in 2011.

Born just five months before King's iconic "I Have A Dream" speech, Bernice was appointed as CEO of The King Center in 2012.
