The best Black Friday iPad deals start at just $274: Record lows on M4 iPad Pro and 11-inch iPad
Table of Contents
It's that time again, folks: Black Friday sales are live. Lots of Apple gadgets are on sale for record-low prices this week, including all current- and recent-gen iPads. Shoppers can save anywhere from $50 to $200 on Apple tablets across major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and Target. (The Apple Store itself is just giving away free gift cards with eligible Black Friday purchases, so it's pretty skippable.)
Below, we've rounded up the absolute best Black Friday iPad deals available right now. We'll continue to monitor their availability and add new picks if/when they pop up as Cyber Weekend continues, so check back often.
Best Black Friday iPad deal
Why we like it
Our favorite budget iPad is now more affordable than ever: Amazon and Walmart have the 128GB base model on sale for just $274, or $75 off. (It's 99 cents pricier at Target and $5 more expensive at Best Buy.) The 11-inch tablet comes with a peppy A16 chip, Touch ID, and 12MP front and rear cameras. "[It's] great for someone who wants a portable screen for streaming, playing games, and reading," according to our reviewer. If you bundle it with an also-on-sale USB-C Apple Pencil or first-gen Apple Pencil, it's still cheaper than any iPad Air or Pro.
Best upgrade pick
Why we like it
Now that the M5 chip has arrived, the 13-inch M4 iPad Pro is no longer the shiniest new model on the market — but that doesn't mean much in the era of iterative upgrades. When our reviewer tested it last year, she said it "blew us away with its power efficiency, striking display, and breakneck performance." It's overkill for most people, but great for professional artists and creatives. While most of this week's Black Friday iPad discounts top off around $50 to $100, this M4 iPad Pro's 256GB base model is chilling at $200 off. It's $100 cheaper than its M5 equivalent.
