As Mashable's shopping reporter on the beauty tech beat, I know first-hand that beauty tech tools like hot air stylers or skincare wands can range from gimmicky to fun to actual lifesavers. (Okay, maybe that last one's a slight exaggeration.) I also know that more often than not, these tools aren't cheap.
