If you’re trying to get into the Dyson fam for less than $500, the Dyson V12 Detect Slim is undoubtedly the best way to do that. This is the cheapest Dyson vacuum with the laser that illuminates invisible dust and hair on hard floors — Mashable’s vacuum cleaner queen and senior shopping reporter, Leah Stodart, says it's the best Dyson vacuum for most people for this reason.
The Dyson V12 Detect Slim can run for up to 60 minutes on one charge and weighs just over five pounds, making it a great compact vacuum choice for small spaces. Why we like it
