Who among us hasn't pictured themselves becoming best friends with Beyoncé?

The friendship begins with you being the most dedicated superfan on the planet, playing her songs all day, and singing at the top of your voice. And, then one day, she shows up and you instantly become BFFs.

That's basically what happened to Ben Platt, star of Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen. Back in early August, Platt tweeted that he believed he could conjure the songstress if he warmed up to Bey's songs as much as possible.

Maybe magic exists, because something pretty darn supernatural occurred in Platt's dressing room last night.

Beyoncé appeared. The conjuring literally worked.

The whole cast got to enjoy the magical moment too, which must have been pretty sensational. We're not jealous at all.

Turns out that Beyoncé was in the audience at last night's performance of Dear Evan Hansen, which caused quite the commotion.

Does this mean that if we say Beyoncé's name three times, she'll magically appear? Let's try it and see.
