Beyoncé made a cancer patient's dream come true with the power of FaceTime
Queen Bey is no stranger to surprising fans at places where they least expect it.
Just last week she surprised a group of young girls backstage at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in Los Angeles where she was supporting her mother.
But it seems as if Beyoncé has really outdone herself this week. She FaceTime'd with Ebony Banks, a senior at Alief Hastings High School who has been battling a stage four diagnosis of cancer according to the local ABC new station.
Banks' friends from school created the hashtag "#EBOBMEETSBEYONCE" in order to get the singer's attention to set up some kind of meeting with her.
"Ebony is a really big fan of Beyoncé and she has so much love for her that we really want to get Ebony to meet her," senior Cristal Depaz told ABC News 13.
Their hard work paid off when Queen Bey called Banks in the hospital.
