Imagine the power of 16 Beyoncés. Just picture it. You could supply strong, probably renewable energy to a continent with that kind of power. And now we've got a visual.

Monarch of social media hype Beyoncé posted six images on her Instagram account on Thursday, most without captions and all generating an exorbitant amount of ecstatic comments.

Check out this army of Beyoncés, made from three individual images:

Yep. Feel the power.

These were preceded with three close-up shots of Yoncé. Each post has garnered between 300,000-500,000 likes per post within an hour.

Beyoncé fan club "The Beyhive" tweeted a few more images, not yet featured on Beyoncé's Instagram:

Needless to say, folks are freaking out.

The images are also appearing on Beyoncé's own website, under the series title Date Night. The posts come from a series of images featuring Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z hanging out on a luxury yacht of sorts.

Beyoncé's whole outfit — Reformation bag, Marni earrings, Zimmerman shorts — is itemized and linked, if you want to drop a small fortune on "date night" threads:

Watch this space, Beyhive, something's brewing.
