It's *chef's kiss* perfect.

If you need proof that 2017 wasn't all bad, Tina Lawson's got you covered.

The mother of our patron saints, Beyoncé and Solange, shared a video of the entire family — Jay-Z included — doing the electric slide. The video has been deleted from her Instagram account, but like we all know by now nothing really ever disappears from the internet.

Look at the way Jay's hands extend up at every turn! Look at how Bey delicately dances in those insane stilettos! Look at all the black excellence!

"Why at every party even a kids party do we have to do 10 versions of the Harlem shuffle, electric slide, cupid shuffle, wobble shuffle, the Texas shuffle, everything but the kitchen sink shuffle," Ms. Tina wrote.

Safe to say, Twitter was impressed.
