When Beyoncé gives you Lemonade, the people of the Internet make hot takes. Nothing truly pure comes without a price.

Aggressive sourpuss Piers Morgan wrote an essay about how he personally doesn't like mixing art and politics. Morgan would prefer Bey hadn't made an unapologetic album about her life as a black woman, because he doesn't find it pleasant to listen to.

Orange is the New Black's Matt McGorry is among the rightfully enraged citizens of the earth, so he's tweeting about it.

Morgan is personally offended that Beyoncé is saying things that are different than some of the things she said to him in an interview from five years ago, writing, "Beyoncé then was unrecognisable from the militant activist we see now."

Apparently, no one is allowed to change -- the person you are in a Piers Morgan interview is who you will be, frozen in time, for all eternity. Hoping an artist will never change is a bleak view, so it's perfect for Morgan.

"The new Beyoncé wants to be seen as a black woman political activist first and foremost, entertainer and musician second," wrote Morgan, as if being a black woman was a choice she made.

Apart from the fact that seeing Morgan, a white man, try and silence Bey pissed a lot of people off, including that guy from Orange is the New Black. Yet another unlikely celebrity Twitter feud!

Matt McGorry is another white man, but at least he's a white man who thinks you should listen to Beyoncé. Though, really, Beyoncé speaking her own mind should have been enough.

Piers Morgan was not thrilled by the conversation unfolding.

Finally, Morgan signed off for the night, which was a good choice.
