LONDON -- Wild Bieber sightings have been reported across the UK and Ireland to the excitement, bemusement, and sometimes consternation of local residents.
The Canadian singer-songwriter is touring the region for his Purpose World Tour, and in between shows he's been spotted doing all sorts of Justin Bieber-ish things.
