This is One Good Thing, a weekly column where we tell you about one of the few nice things that happened this week.

It's been a breakout week for Knickers, the enormous Australian cow -- sorry, steer -- that is over 6-feet-tall.

I'm so glad big cows are having their long overdue moment in the spotlight, after fat bears robbed the spotlight last summer. Thankfully, even more beautiful animals emerged this week on Twitter in a watershed moment for the big-animal-positivity movement.

Let's celebrate some of the biggest and the best.

1. Knickers

Knickers was the first big boy to emerge this week. He's a 6'4",1.4 tonnes Holstein Friesian Australian cow who towers over his tiny peers. Knickers is so big he, doesn't even fit into conventional slaughtering machines.

Hear that, fellow steers? Beef up to protect yourself.

2. This huge dog who macked a horse

In Poland last month, an enormous Rhodesian Rhinebeck got up on his hind legs and leaned across a stable door to nuzzle a beautiful foal. In the video below, which just went viral this week you can see the foal nuzzle him right back.

Interspecies love is real, folks.

3. Dozer

On Thursday, a cow claiming to be even bigger than Knickers emerged. Dozier is a Canadian cow whose owners say that he stands at approximately 6'5".

The International Cow Committee has, however, yet to determine whether Dozer took bovine growth hormones to stimulate his weight.

4. The cat who fooled four roommates into feeding her four times a day

This isn't the biggest cat I've ever seen, though it is a large one. What it lacks in gargantuan size it makes up for in sheer wiliness.

5. Bopper the Dog

If you're in the UK, it's possible you've heard of Bopper the dog before, but this enormous 110 pound border collie just recently emerged in the States. And apparently, he's on a diet for health reasons.

Bopper, we love you no matter what size you are (and actually might love you chubbier, sorry).

6. A two foot tall squirrel

North Carolina biologists recently spotted a squirrel in the wild last week they estimate to be 26 inches tall. The squirrel, which went viral this week, is believed to be 3 pounds, which is big in the squirrel world.

Thanks to Knickers for kicking this week off.
