*Well, not exactly. 

Women still make significantly less than men in similar jobs and face a serious challenge in reaching high-paying roles. There's some good news in changing public discourse and the leveling of salaries at entry level jobs -- but there's still a long way to go.

Mashable features writer Rebecca Ruiz joins us to talk about what can be done to fix this issue and whether some proposed solutions could do more harm than good.
