It's Kelly and Ryan from 'The Office's anniversary, and B.J. Novak didn't forget

It's Feb. 13, otherwise known the happiest day of Kelly Kapoor's young yet dramatic life.

For Ryan Howard, it's the most tragic.

The iconic holiday episode of The Office, "Valentine's Day," aired on Feb. 9, 2006, but the lessons learned for B.J. Novak have apparently stuck around.

But today, he brought back the plight of Ryan with a warning for all the lovebirds and tail chasers (still a relevant phrase?): "Be careful out there."

Long past the finale of everyone's fave workplace sitcom, Novak is out here reminding us to be vigilant.

And a useful reminder indeed: as the pressure for a date on Valentine's Day builds, Tinder usage rises by 10 percent around Feb. 14.

There's bound to be some friendly fire in an online universe where a portion of the users are looking for romance while the rest are looking for... you know, what people often go on Tinder for. Don't get caught in it.

Let his words be a reminder. Be careful out there with your blind dates, with your loins, with your hearts.
