'Questions black people have for black people' video gets ripped to pieces on Twitter

Many people found a new Buzzfeed video profoundly offensive.

Buzzfeed's video division put a video into the world on Tuesday titled "Questions Black People Have for Black People"

More than half a day later, Twitter is still ablaze with people tearing it apart.

Or, if you'd rather not, here's a taste of the kind of stereotypes it dabbled in.

In fact, many felt the video was almost 100% based on stereotypes.


People were so taken aback, the video spawned two hashtags: #BuzzFeedVideoQuestions and #RealBlackPeopleQuestions.






Many people condemned Buzzfeed's video team for producing the video, but many also pushed back on the call for people to resign despite having nothing to do with the video.




The video has been retweeted 2,400 times.
