When you're the six year-old daughter of two moguls, sometimes your weekly allowance gives you the opportunity to bid a couple bucks on artwork from time to time.

Or $19,000, to be exact.

Blue Ivy Carter made an appearance with her parents Jay-Z and Beyoncé on Saturday night at the 2018 WACO Wearable Art gala, a fundraiser to support Tina and Richard Lawson's Where Art Can Occur (WACO) Theater Center.

It was a star-studded event, but Blue is the one who stole the show when she made it clear she was ready to take something home, no matter the price tag.

During the auction portion of the event, Jay-Z jokingly wrestled for the bidding paddle and ultimately lost to Blue, who wasn't shy about raising it high in the air.

"Her mother and father have been talking about how you gather art and that is a big deal for African Americans," the night's auctioneer, Star Jones, said after Blue bid $19,000 for an acrylic painting of Sidney Poitier titled "Young Sidney," by Tiffanie Anderson.

She may have lost that painting, but Blue didn't go home empty handed. According to reports from Vanity Fair, Blue successfully bid on a piece by Samuel Levi Jones for $10,000. Casual!

The videos that leaked from the event caused ripples all over Twitter, sparking jealousy—and awe—at the young art collector's money moves.

In more typical six-year-old fashion, Blue Ivy also wrote a sweet note to her mother and grandmother, Gloria Carter, who were honorees at this year's gala.

"For my mommy," she wrote, "Thank you for my brother and sister. Thank you for loving me and daddy. But most of all thank you for being you. I love you."

Put that note in the MoMa, and let's acknowledge Blue Ivy Carter as the art mogul the world needs in 2018.
