This boy is writing letters to every country in the world

He's now written well over 500 letters.

LONDON -- Nowadays, many kids probably spend more time typing on keyboards and touch screens than they do actually writing stuff by hand.

Not all children, though. 

Toby Little started writing letters to different countries when he was five years old. The first one, written in the summer 2013, went to a friend of a friend in Hawaii. The letter was short, but it turned out to be only the beginning of what would eventually bloom into an enormous, global project.

Flash forward a few months and Little had his own website, a rapidly growing Facebook page, and was well on his way to sending a letter to every single country in the world. By November 2015, at the time his book, Dear World, How Are You?, was being written, Little had sent 562 letters, received media coverage from across the globe and even received offers from people wanting to adopt him.
