LONDON -- There are few things in this world more entertaining than a perfectly-timed Twitter burn.

Just ask J.K. Rowling. She knows.

The thing is, though, the fine art of shutting someone down in 140 characters isn't just limited to humans. Brands can -- and frequently do -- get involved as well.
