Oh to be British.

The land that gave us Shakespeare has become as well-known for its quirky inhabitants and their social customs, as for the works of any famous playwright.

And British Twitter has done us a delight -- providing a glimpse into the passive-aggressive oddities that define its people with a hilarious hashtag: #AwfullyBritishOffences.
