The wait is almost over: Britney Spears' ninth studio album, Glory, will be released in just a few short weeks.

The singer announced on Wednesday that the followup to 2013's Britney Jean will be released on Apple Music on August 26. While she didn't specify, Apple Music exclusives tend to last two weeks before being released to other streaming services.

On Twitter, she called Glory "the beginning of a new era" and shared the albums artwork, which features her wearing a while lace number and what looks to be and definitely should be a choker.

Speaking to V earlier this year, she called this record "the best thing I've done in a long time."

"I’m proud of the work, and it’s very different; it’s not what you would think at all," she said. "But I’m not rushing anything. I just want it to be done right, so that my fans will truly appreciate it."

Last month, Britney shared the lead single off Glory, the G-Eazy-featuring "Make Me."

The album will be available for pre-order starting at midnight tonight.
