Britney Spears and her dance crew take on the #MannequinChallenge

Britney does not disappoint.

Adele has done it, Michelle Obama has done it and even a group of four-year olds have done it. So, it only seems natural that our girl Britney Spears joined in on the #MannequinChallenge.

She shared her take on the challenge Monday with an Instagram clip of her team frozen mid-dance during rehearsal.

The mannequin challenge is usually set to Rae Sremmurd's "Black Beatles," but Spears chose a little self-promotion for her team. She used "Slumber Party" from her most recent album, Glory.

This is not the first time Spears and her team have frozen together. Devoted fans might recall the choreography at beginning of her music video, "Stronger," where her dancers held their pose after the first lyric, "Hush just stop."

Little did she know this dance move would become a widespread trend 16 years later.
