Britney Spears is ready to try this again.
For the first time in almost 10 years, Britney will take the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards with G-Eazy for the first-ever live performance of "Make Me." The August 28 performance at Madison Square Garden will fall just two days after the release of her ninth studio album, Glory.

While Britney is hardly a stranger to the VMAs -- having 28 nominations, five wins, a Video Vanguard Award and a hot kiss with Madonna under her belt -- she hasn't performed on the awards show since her rather, um, underwhelming performance of "Gimme More" in 2007.
