Costco might be the secret to an Ivy League acceptance.

Senior Brittany Stinson is the valedictorian of her high school and has been first in her class every year -- she has a 4.9 GPA. However, her Common Application essay is what truly sets her apart.

The topic of her essay? A great American wholesaler -- Costco.

Stinson received acceptances from five Ivy League schools -- Yale, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, Dartmouth and Cornell -- as well as Stanford, which has a 4.69% acceptance rate. She also got into the elite Johns Hopkins University, Northwestern University, New York University and Boston University.

Damn, girl.

18-year-old Stinson shared her essay with Business Insider, which was sent to all the schools she applied to.

The essay prompt reads,

"Some students have a background, identity, interest, or talent that is so meaningful they believe their application would be incomplete without it. If this sounds like you, then please share your story."

Clearly, Stinson believed her application would be incomplete without expressing her passion for Costco.

"I just did something that was me," she told Business Insider. "I knew I was capable of weaving in humor into the essay, and I knew that with kids that have similar extracurriculars and scores you need to stand out when it comes to the essay."

Her essay includes some excellent nuggets of wisdom.

I’ve developed a habit of observing fellow patrons tote their carts piled with frozen burritos, cheese puffs, tubs of ice cream and weight loss supplements. Perusing the aisles gave me time to ponder. Who needs three pounds of sour cream? Was cultured yogurt any more well mannered than its uncultured counterpart? Costco gave birth to my unfettered curiosity. While enjoying an obligatory hot dog, I did not find myself thinking about the ‘all beef’ goodness that Costco boasted. I instead considered finitudes and infinitudes, unimagined uses for tubs of sour cream, the projectile motion of said tub when launched from an eighty foot shelf or maybe when pushed from a speedy cart by a scrawny seventeen year old."

As one does.

She questions free will using Nutella, which is one of the more genius aspects of her essay.

"I contemplated the philosophical: If there exists a thirty-three ounce jar of Nutella, do we really have free will?"

Do we? Stinson is giving us a lot to think about.

Here's hoping Costco sends her a 33-ounce jar of Nutella just to thank her for the free advertising.

Mashable has reached out to Brittany Stinson for comment.
