Some are born to run and some born to save magical people from the jerk who killed their parents. You'd think there would be more crossover, but nope.

So the song Bruce Springsteen wrote for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone never made it into the film. Now you can finally listen to "I'll Stand By You Always" and maybe tear up thinking of Ron, Hermione and Harry's friendship.

Hype Beast reports that Springsteen wrote the song after reading the books with his son, Sam. After Christopher Columbus rejected it, it remained the stuff of legends until a super fan put it online for the world to hear.

Maybe Dumbledore just couldn't deal with any competition from The Boss.
