Brands try real hard to create funny viral moments and fit in with the internet conversation. Most of the time they fall flat or become a PR nightmare, but sometimes they are actually worthwhile.

Just in time for Halloween, a Burger King franchise in Queens, New York, pulled off a simple yet hilarious prank on their old arch nemesis, McDonalds. Using a big white drape, the restaurant transformed itself into a spooky ghost version of McDonald's, complete with cut-out eyes.

The restaurant's marquee sign reads "Boooooo. Just kidding, we still flame grill our burgers. Happy Halloween."
