Bar serving butterbeer is making all our 'Harry Potter' fantasies come true
LONDON -- Ever since J.K. Rowling first put pen to paper, readers have been fantasising about butterbeer. Harry Potter fans rejoice: your dreams have come true. You can now savour the magical taste of butterbeer IRL at a bar in London.
At Blind Pig in Soho, London, you can get your hands on the famous tipple served at the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade and across the Wizarding World.
Half a Pint o’ Buttah contains Monkey Shoulder scotch; Kam and Sons, a botanical spirit distilled with ginseng; thyme liquor; butterscotch; and beer.
According to staff at Blind Pig, the cocktail tastes like "sweet herbaceous beer".
The drink will be available at the bar for the foreseeable future, priced at £10.50 ($13.12).
