Realtor ads are easy to overlook: you may see them every day but inevitably, the stiff grins and twinkling eyes all feel like forgettable stock images rolling by on buses or posted on benches.

The exception? Patricia Houlihan.

She's a "realtor, lawyer and a superwoman."

Don't confuse this glorious ad for a prank. The Vancouver, Canada, based realtor told CBC news by email that she was looking to venture away from the standard real estate posters.

"I am sick of boring ads with all realtors saying the same thing so wanted something interesting, outside the box and fun...hopefully something people would get a laugh out of," Houlihan said to the CVC.

According to AdWeek, the poster was created a few years ago for Houlihan by Immersion Creative's Creative Director Mike Catherall who shared a disdain for other real estate advertisements.

"What I love about it is that it is irreverent, fun and totally different than the literally hundreds of realtor ads in Vancouver at the moment that are all so boring and cliché," he told AdWeek

It took a bit to gain attention, but since the ad was originally posted a few months ago it has picked up steam thanks to social media, where people have been posting their versions.
