Get your fight sticks out -- the 2016 Street Fighter V championship is heading back to California in December.

The Capcom Cup is bringing the top Street Fighter V players from around the world to Anaheim, California on Dec. 3 to battle one-on-one for the $342,000 (and growing) prize pool and the glory of being the best SFV player in the world.

The tournament, which is the final stage of the 2016 Capcom Pro Tour, features 32 players who have proved themselves again and again in multiple regional and global tournaments throughout the season. Certain global premier tournaments grant automatic qualification to the Capcom Cup, while other players qualify via their standings.

With just over two months left before the championship, six players have qualified, including Infiltration (who has won multiple premier tournaments this season), Tokido, GamerBee, Phenom, Xiaohai and Momochi. At this point, Infiltration is the highest-ranked player in the world, followed by Justin Wong and Fuudo, who will qualify by their standings if they don't win one of the few remaining tournaments of the season.

The prize pool is fueled partially by Capcom and partially by players who purchase specific Capcom Pro Tour DLC, which includes character costumes, a stage and titles. As of Sept. 19, fans have increased the base prize pool of $250,000 by nearly $100,000.

PlayStation announced the Capcom Cup as part of its 2016 PlayStation Experience, taking place at the Anaheim Convention Center Dec. 3-4. Tickets are available now, and people who are only interested in the SFV portion of the event can select single-day tickets for Saturday, Dec. 3.

The tournament will also be streamed live on Twitch, with the action starting at 6 p.m. PT.
