Brie Larson, the superhero we all need, just made a tiny Captain Marvel fan's day.

Hitting the blue carpet on Wednesday at the film's European Gala held at The Curzon Mayfair in London, Larson dazzled in her royal blue gown.

But the film's star also met a tiny version of her character Carol Danvers at the event, a young female fan dressed up as the superhero herself.

According to E! News, this mini Captain Marvel is 8-year-old Illy, who was invited to interview the stars by non-profit organization The Female Lead, which is dedicated to increasing visibility for women's stories and promoting alternative role models.

The young fan interviewed both Larson and her co-star Samuel L. Jackson on the blue carpet, and even posed for official pictures with the cast.

Look at these two, just two awesome superheroes sharing a girl power moment, and getting some Captain Marvel comic books signed. It's so wholesome I could hug a Skrull.

Larson's interview with Illy was captured by film critic Scott Davis, who posted the adorable exchange to Twitter. "Are you running the carpet tonight?" Larson asks.

Illy even stood front and center for a group shot with Larson, Lashana Lynch, Anna Boden, Gemma Chan and Victoria Alonso, along with invited British servicewomen, policewomen, scientists, and sportswomen. What a little boss among bosses.
