Cardi B is officially making money moves.

With her standout anthem "Bodak Yellow," the Bronx native has eclipsed Taylor Swift's "Look What You Made Me Do" and Post Malone's "Rockstar" featuring 21 Savage on the Billboard Hot 100. In the process, Cardi has made history becoming the first solo song from a female rapper to hit the top since 1998's Lauryn Hill’s “Doo Wop (That Thing).”

"Bodak Yellow" is the first charting single from Cardi, born Belcalis Almanzar, and according to Billboard is only the fifth female rapper to top the chart.

Cardi spoke about the big win at an event directly following the milestone.

"Thank you everybody. I'm very happy; I'm very honored, especially 'cause my family's here," she proclaimed.

"At first, I kept coming to the label like, "Why is my shit not playing on the radio? I do not understand what's going on. And then it's just like, 'you gotta keep working hard to get that big record,'" she continued. "I'ma give you a record."

Cardi is no doubt celebrating the achievement, and so is the internet. Twitter users have been flooding timelines with Cardi B GIFs, lyrics and pride for the rapper.
