Carly Rae Jepsen releases 'Emotion Side B' and we really, really like it

We still really, really, really, really, really, really like Carly Rae Jepsen's 2015 album Emotion, which is why it's such great news that today she's released Emotion Side B.

Side B features eight new songs, adding to the deluxe edition of the album's 15 tracks.

While critically acclaimed, Emotion never achieved the Billboard popularity (or awards) it deserved. In celebration of its one-year anniversary, Jepsen released Side B after tweeting an announcement about it last week.

As Jepsen wrote in a note she tweeted, "Emotion Side B almost never was," without the support of her fans.

Emotion Side B is currently available on Spotify and Apple Music.

The new release is full of the 80s-inspired songs that made Emotion great, so you now have eight more songs to scream-sing to as you drive past your crush's house at night with the windows down.
