Michelle Obama will ride with James Corden for Carpool Karaoke

James Corden is hitching a ride with a very high-profile figure for an upcoming edition of Carpool Karaoke: First Lady Michelle Obama. 

CBS has confirmed to Mashable that FLOTUS will be joining Corden on his internet-dominating segment, which airs during the Late Late Show.

No air date has been officially set.

Obama broke the news herself via Snapchat shortly after joining the platform. 

Carpool Karaoke continues to be one of Corden's most popular segments, helping the late-night host surpass 1 billion YouTube views back in April. 

He also holds the No. 1 and 2 most-watched late-night clips on YouTube, with his Carpool Karaokes from Adele (more than 110 million views) and Justin Bieber (upwards of 78 million views). 

The Late Late Show with James Corden airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. ET.
