After news hit that Carrie Fisher reportedly had a heart attack while on a plane to Los Angeles, members of her Star Wars family started sharing best wishes for the actress who immortalized Princess Leia.

Fisher, whose singular voice shines through her active social media presence, boasts a devoted online network searching for the latest Star Wars news from the set, inspired strings of emoji and pictures of her adorable dog, Gary. So Twitter is an appropriate place for fans and colleagues alike to join forces and hope for her speedy recovery.

Fisher's co-stars including Mark Hamill, Peter Mayhew, (a.k.a. Chewbacca) and Game of Thrones star Gwendoline Christie, who crossed over to the dark side in The Force Awakens, are sending their love.

Plenty of people in the extended Star Wars universe, including Clone Wars actress Ashley Eckstein and Rogue One screenwriter Gary Whitta tweeted their support for the legendary actress.

As did those in the community brought together by Star Wars fandom, like YouTuber Corey Vidal.

The Star Trek family is looking out for her, too, because there's a lot of good will for Fisher in the universe.

The force is very strong with these ones.
