It's long been an established fact that animals and live television do not mix particularly well. But at least if you're sat in a news studio you're safe, right?

Well, apparently not.

According to Daily Sabah Turkey, the anchor for the regional Turkish news show Good Morning Denizli recently had his broadcast interrupted by a stray cat.

To be fair to the host, he seemed to handle the whole thing pretty calmly.

The cat in question apparently snuck into the studio from the street. Daily Sabah reports that it's since been adopted by a member of staff at the station.
