As Hurricane Harvey continues to deliver devastating amounts of rain onto the city of Houston, folks are using social media to help those in need, spread information, and share their prayers and condolences to those in the hurricane's path.

Celebrities are also using their vast networks to share messages of support. Everyone from Kevin Hart to Lady Gaga have shared their thoughts on Twitter or Instagram—and some folks are even headed to Houston themselves to lend a helping hand.

"We are currently overseas in London and all I can think about is how devastated I am as I look at images of the damage Hurricane Harvey has caused. I am praying for the safety of all those affected. Houston has truly been a home to me over the last 8 years," Drake wrote on his Instagram. "Myself and Future the Prince are working with local relief groups to aid and assist the people of Texas in anyway we can and in the most immediate way possible."

"I also want to thank all the men and women of service and volunteers for their courageous efforts to help people in need," he continued, before sharing a series of numbers to call and encouraging his fans to contribute what they could to the communities of Houston.

Kevin Hart issued a serious internet challenge—the Hurricane Harvey Relief Challenge. In an Instagram video, the comedian called out fellow celebrities like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Justin Timberlake, and Steve Harvey, to step up and donate to organizations providing on the ground support for those in Texas. DJ Khaled, The Rock, the Kardashian-Jenner family and Diddy have all responded to his challenge.

You can donate through Hart and American Red Cross' Crowdrise campaign here.

The Bachelor's Sean Lowe is paying for boat rentals and coordinating with people in Houston to help with rescues himself.

Beyoncé, who is from Houston, shared a more subdued message of support—opting for a simple Instagram post and prayers.

On August 31st, she announced a partnership with her foundation BeyGood, Bread of Life and Greater Houston Community Foundation to provide on the ground support. You can learn more here.

Many more celebrities followed Beyoncé's lead and shared their thoughts, prayers, and sentiments on social media.

UPDATE: Aug. 31, 2017, 12:43 p.m. EDT Even more celebrities have stepped up and continued to make sure money and supplies are headed towards those effected by Hurricane Harvey.

A teary Miley Cyrus appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and is donating $500,000 along with generous donations from DeGeneres herself.

Solange Knowles announced a special show in Boston where all proceeds will benefit "organizations on the ground in Houston," the singer's hometown.

Jamie Foxx has also donated, pledging $25,000 to GlobalGiving's Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.

Jennifer Lopez and A-Rod also encouraged others to donate whatever one can afford to disaster relief.

This article will be updated as more donations pour in.
