Man gets fine for driving down a highway with trucks stacked on top of each other

His plan to save money on transportation backfired.

A driver trying to save money on transportation fees thought he had outsmarted everyone else when he decided to stack three trucks on top of each other and drive them to his intended destination.

However, the driver was pulled over by traffic police whilst speeding down Shanxi highway on Sunday for exceeding the height and weight limit.

Questioned by the police, the unidentified driver said he was trying to save on shipping costs for transporting all three vehicles.

The man was slapped with a 200 yuan ($30) fine and one demerit point, and the police made him find an alternative to get the trucks safely to its destination.
