THIS is not a drill, people.

In honor of the upcoming April 27 release of Avengers: Infinity War, Chris Evans — aka Captain America/Steve Rogers/A Crush — decided to make everyone pass out by posting a few videos he from from Captain America: The Winter Soldier prep in 2013.

But these are not just any videos. They're freaking training montages!!!

Chris didn't let the fact that Kanye was in the middle of announcing his album on Twitter stop him from posting this video of himself fighting his way into our hearts.

Or this one of him making everyone jealous of an elevator.

Continued pt 2... I mean, are you kidding, Chris???

HELP!!! I'm yelling at my desk as I type these words! I'm not okay and you shouldn't be either!!!

Chris, all I ask is that keep the videos coming and use these fighting skills to prevent yourself from dying in Infinity War. And everyone else? Remember to hydrate. I hear that is an important step to take after passing out.
