What people do with their faces is their own decision, you guys.

The New York Times ran an interview with Chris Evans on Thursday. The piece touched on a lot of things, including Evans' love of tap-dancing and his bowing-out of the Marvel franchise.

But such points have to be set aside, as the limelight has been thrown onto one very specific element of the interview.

That's right, a celebrity has grown facial hair, and as usual people have opinions.

In the interview, Evans says that he's grown the 'stache for his upcoming role in Lobby Hero on Broadway. The journalist describes Evans' character -- whose name is Bill -- as "essentially a narcissistic creep."

"People don’t recognise me at all," Evans told the New York Times about moustachioed life, "I can look them right in the eye — it’s like I’m invisible."

Everybody just simmer down.
