Chris Hemsworth danced to Miley Cyrus with his kids and dog and things got hilariously dramatic

Finally giving dad dancing a good name!

Chris Hemsworth may be an Avenger, but — more importantly — he's also a wicked dancing dad.

The Thor actor posted a video of himself dancing with his children and dog to the tune of Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball." Just watch.

Murder on the dance floor indeed! To be fair, maybe the dog was concerned about its human's sudden and unusual behaviour. "Master I must restrain you, it's for your own good!" he might have thought to himself.

It seems Miley herself saw the clip, as she responded in emoji form.

Of course, the fans had some thoughts. A few unravelled the meaning of Hemsworth dancing to a tune by his brother's fiancée.

Others liked to bring the whole thing back to Thor.

Finally, many found it simply adorable.

Ultimate parenting achieved.
