In response to weight criticism, Chris Pratt jokes he's a very healthy T-Rex skull
We see what you did there, prattprattpratt.
Actor Chris Pratt is currently shooting Jurassic World 2, and has been documenting the journey via a series of Instagram videos where he discusses what he has been eating using #WHATSMYSNACK.
The videos are meant to be humorous, which just means it's Pratt being Pratt. But some are calling the actor "skeletal" and accusing him of being too thin.
Pratt is evidently aware of what people are saying about him, and addressed it in a Thursday Instagram post. In true Pratt form, his response came by way of a joke.
"So many people have said I look too thin in my recent episodes of #WHATSMYSNACK," Pratt wrote in the caption of the post. "Some have gone as far as to say I look "skeletal" Well, just because I am a male doesn't mean I'm impervious to your whispers."
He then goes on to call the picture he posted a "selfie." Spoiler alert: It's obviously not a selfie.
When life gives Pratt "skeletal," Pratt turns the tables and posts a picture of something literally skeletal.
"To prove my security in the way I look I'm posting a current selfie of me at what I consider a very healthy weight. 500 pounds," Pratt explained. "Totally JK guys. This is a T Rex skull. Nailed you so bad. Omg."
This definitively proves that Pratt only cares enough about what you have to say to make a joke about it. Stay gold, Andy Dwyer.
