There's plenty of proof that points to the fact that Ed Sheeran is probably a Nice Guy™, but in case you needed one more shred of evidence, Chrissy Teigen is here for you.

Still, her Twitter endorsement of the British singer (and her claim that everyone likes him) has folks up in arms, hilariously staking their claim in Good Ed Sheeran/Bad Ed Sheeran camps and everywhere else in between.

"Personal opinion everyone shares: Ed Sheeran is a good dude," Teigen wrote while watching the Billboard Music Awards last night, before troves of people rushed to tell her exactly what their opinion was of the singer — good, bad or ambivalent. Her mentions were flooded with folks asking to leave them out of her Sheeran love, and those sticking up for the "Shape of You" singer.

"Squad people are bonkers. You can like multiple humans. What the fuck," Teigen said, to the overwhelming Bad Ed Sheeran camp that flooded her mentions. "Oh I'm sorry I've actually met these people but yeah your favorite is better than anyone, ever," she continued.

Lesson learned: Don't come for Teigen's faves -- and if you feel some sort of way about Ed Sheeran other than what she feels, let's just all agree to disagree.
