Chrissy Teigen must be some kind of superhuman.

Just a few hours ago she was tweeting about Laurel/Yanny and expressing her enthusiasm for the Netflix Ali Wong special -- then, just eight hours later, she tweeted to announce the birth of her second child.

Okay, so she may not have been the person to actually send that announcement tweet, but still -- you've got to admire her dedication.

Last November Chrissy Teigen announced her pregnancy with an adorable Instagram video.

The Teigen/Legend empire grows stronger by the day!
