If there's one thing Chrissy Teigen's taught us, it's that Twitter comebacks don't need to be long and waffling. Sometimes you only need a sentence or two.

This latest example of Teigen's ongoing Twitter domination started on Monday, when The Hill tweeted the following quote from Eric Trump:

That quote is from an interview Eric and his wife Lara gave to Westchester Magazine last week.

“My father’s life became exponentially worse the minute he decided to run for president," Eric said. "He didn’t need to do this, but he was immensely frustrated with where the country was going.”

Chrissy Teigen's response was as cutting as you'd expect.

70k retweets at the time of writing on that one.

There were plenty of responses, too, but Josh Gad seemed to speak for most people.

Mic. Dropped.
