Chris Christie has become everyone's favorite punching bag

New Jersey Governor Christie Christie has become a punching bag to many people — even Donald Trump has snuck in a few jabs.  

Ever since Christie decided to drop out of the 2016 presidential race and endorse Donald Trump, the New Jersey Governor has become one of the easiest target for political jokes. 

Trump himself took a shot at Christie on the campaign trail, even after accepting his endorsement. On Monday, Trump mocked Christie for being an absent governor in order to take a hit at Ohio Governor John Kasich.

"I hated to do that but I had to make my point,” Trump said with a smile on his face. 

Naturally, the memes have been rolling in to reflect the view that Trump has been parading Christie around like his puppet on the campaign trail.

Christie's stature as a downtrodden shill pretty much began when he wore a worried face during a Trump primary victory speech, earlier this month.
